Dr. Madhu K. Parameswaran was born in 1981 at Kozhikode, Kerala. He completed his undergraduate and post-graduate degrees in Ayurveda from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore in the years 2005 and 2010 respectively. He received extensive training under his mother Dr. Aryadevi, a renowned Ayurvedic physician of Kerala. He currently holds the chair of Associate Professor of Dravyaguna at Vaidyaratnam P. S. Varier Ayurveda College, Kottakkal. Since 2018, he is pursuing his doctoral degree at Kyoto University, Japan.
Dr. Madhu’s focus of research has been textual and living traditions of Ayurveda. He has several international research articles and books to his credit.
